Our Founder
Meet Destination Weddings By Vicki's founder. Vicki is a retired Nurse Practitioner who had a tremendous passion for travel and romance. Vicki owns her own Dream Vacations franchise and is specializing in Destination Weddings and Honeymoons. Vicki has been married for 45 years with 4 children and 3 dogs. She enjoys playing piano, crafting, photography and of course, travel!
How It Works:
- You contact me either by email or phone.
- I will find out what exactly you are looking for whether it is a location for your wedding venue or a honeymoon.
- I will set up a time to have a Zoom call with your, and your significant other to show you possible venues. I ask you to narrow it down to three choices.
- I will then do my research as to room and resort costs. For a wedding, after the venue is selected, I will be in contact with the Wedding Coordinator at the resort so that he/she can get in touch with you for the wedding planning.
- I will arrange for a room block for your wedding guests. I will be in contact with the wedding guests that have advised you they are attending. I will have them select the type of room they wish to reserve and I will be responsible for getting a deposit to hold the room.
- I will continue to advise your guests of locale information.
- When it is time for final payment for their rooms, I will be in touch with your guests for these payments.
- If transfers are included, I will keep track of the guest's flight information so I can pass that information on to the resort.
